Senior Consultant & founder, Christina has worked in the charitable sector since 2008, having previously worked in marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for international companies including Würth and QAS Experian. She is a specialist in BIG Lottery Funding and cross-sector community partnerships.

Associate consultant since 2015, Anton has extensive management consultancy experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. His career has included strategic consultancy roles at Deloitte (Paris), Learning & Skills Council and Department of Health.
